Volunteers are Welcomed
Heart 2 Soul Community Festival is always looking for volunteers.
To become familiar with Youth Unlimited policies, volunteers are asked to go through an orientation session before they can volunteer. The orientation goes through all of the training to become a program assistant. To become a program assistant, we also go through the vision of Heart 2 Soul Fest, a little of the history, and then we go through an overview of the event and what areas are available to volunteer.
High school students in need of volunteer hours can count this towards their requirements.
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, then please click on the tab at the bottom and fill out the online form. Put VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY as a subject heading and leave your name and contact information in the message area of the contact form.
Volunteers
This volunteer opportunity is all about helping out others within the Jane Finch community. It is all about pouring your heart back into the community by coming together making a difference yet having fun at the same time. We know that the work of our volunteers is greatly appreciated, therefore we try to take care of each and every one of our volunteers. We truly hope that the experience will be a rewarding one. Once you have notified Heart 2 Soul Fest of your interest in Volunteering, your next step will be attending an Orientation Session.
In order to volunteer at Heart 2 Soul Fest, you must let us know of your interest through email or contact submission on contact webpage and be invited to attend an orientation session. You must attend an orientation session to become a volunteer. Otherwise, there will always be next year.
Volunteer Orientation
Please note that food will be provided at the volunteer orientations. There is no need to eat before you attend. Because of this..., you can arrive at least ten minutes early so that we can start on time and so that we can end on time. We thank everyone who ends up volunteering for this one day event.
