Soccer & Basketball Tournaments

We have had great success with our basketball tournaments in the past. We, along with our sponsors, have created memories for all those who have participated. In the first year of our basketball tournament, the winners were shocked that they had won some high-end running shoes that some were not willing to accept. They did not realize that they could exchange the shoes to their proper size of their feet at the sponsoring stores. However, in later installments, we gave a wider array of prizes where no exchanges were necessary. We gave away basketballs, arm sleeves, championship t-shirts, and much more. But, all in all, both the volunteers and the winning participants (really... everyone is a winning participant who registers) really enjoyed giving and receiving the gifts.

So now we are in 2022. Youth Unlimited is all about making space for our youth. Usually, you sign up your children and pay fees for your youth to participate in leagues and tournaments. But, we have provided a space for all youth to take advantage of this day and just have fun for free. Sometimes it is hard for families to buy equipment for their children. It is hard for families to pay for all of the required items to play in a league or a tournament which include jerseys, cleats, soccer and basketballs, sport fees and much more.

We at Heart 2 Soul Fest like to promote a healthy lifestyle. By providing a space where youth can experience a climbing wall, playing sports and winning prizes, performing their talents on a live stage, or just having plain fun by interacting with the bouncy castles, games and activities provided at the festival, we believe we are doing our job of serving our youth.

This is one way that Heart 2 Soul Fest is giving back. We are making space in the community of Jane Finch where no barriers are built to keep our youth from experiencing good times. Although, it is only for one day, we hope that many of our youth will be impacted to dream big dreams and make a change in their community.
